The UK remains in eighth place on the EY Renewable Energy Country Attractiveness Index (RECAI), which was published on Wednesday 15 May. China and the US remain in first and second place and France moved up to third place from fifth, which EY said was led by a new focus on floating offshore wind capacity and doubling of its annual targets for onshore wind capacity additions.
